High on nature.
I’ve spent much of my life roaming mountainsides, crossing creek beds, and sleeping under the stars. I find the natural world to be the most inspirational thing on this planet. My ceramics is an homage to all of my favorite things found in nature.
After 10 years teaching public school, I took the leap to being a full-time self-employed potter in February 2024. I work out of my home studio and fire in my backyard kilns. It’s a privilege to follow my dream, and it’s keeping my sane! I love spreading the joy of pottery, whether it’s learning to create with clay, or appreciating a finished piece. I’m a one-woman show, running my business with my fingers crossed and my best foot forward!
In my spare hours I am found tending to my pets, gardening, dreaming, and enjoying the outdoors.
