High on nature.
I’ve spent much of my life roaming mountainsides, crossing creek beds, and sleeping under the stars. I find the natural world to be the most inspirational thing on this planet. My ceramics is an homage to all of my favorite things found in nature.
By day I’m a 6th-grade language arts and social studies teacher. I work to integrate creativity and the outdoors into my teaching.
In my spare hours I am found throwing on the pottery wheel, glazing designs, tending to my pets, and enjoying the outdoors.
